Current Missions
The REACH Homeless Shelter in West Palm Beach from the Deacons’:
- Provide non-perishable food items, clothing and household items for the families at REACH.
- During Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas we provide holiday dinners for each family at the shelter.
- Christmas gifts for the children at the shelter.
- Back to school items for the children at the shelter.
Our 2 Cents a Meal Offering on the first Sunday of the month goes to the following:
- C.R.O.S. (Christians Reaching Out to Society) Food Pantry in West Palm Beach
- Daily Bread Food Bank
- Dorothy’s Pantry at the REACH Shelter
Lovely Lively Ladies Circle and Luncheon Group sends donations to the Thornwell Home for Children in Clinton, South Carolina.

- One Great Hour of Sharing, Palm Sunday This offering is divided by three agencies – Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, Presbyterian Hunger Program and Self Development of People.
- Peacemaking Offering in October 75% of this offering goes to Presbytery and General Assembly for Peacemaking efforts in South Florida and worldwide. Our church decides where the other 25% shall be given, and this year $155.00 was sent to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance specifically for disaster relief in Pakistan.
- Christmas Joy Offering ten percent of this amount is divided between the Board of Pensions Assistance Program and the Presbyterian Racial Ethnic School and Colleges and ninety percent goes toward our obligations of Per Capita and Fair Share at the Presbytery level.
- Presbyterian Disaster Assistance-Haitian Earthquake Relief and Chile Earthquake Relief.
- Joint Thanksgiving Service Offering with Temple Beth David, Palm Beach Gardens. Given to Feeding South Florida, formerly the Daily Bread Food Bank of West Palm Beach.
- We sponsor three hospital beds for one year at the Mulanje Mission Hospital, in Malawi, South Africa.
- Our “Fair Share” mission giving which we pledge each year to the Presbytery of Tropical Florida for mission work within the Presbytery.
